This contract may only be used for residential or overnight, Agency-wide training requirements. An Agency-wide training requirement is one where employees of 2 or more NASA Center and/or Headquarters are in attendance.

Any NASA office, that has a residential training requirement, where NASA employees of 2 or more NASA Centers are participants in the training.
