The Learning Technologies Resource Center is designed to make all Federal managers champions of learning technologies. Encouraging the development and use of learning technologies in organizations will result in saving time and money for the Federal Government. The objective of this Resource Center is two fold: a) To raise awareness of the benefits and advantages of using learning technology to help meet agencies critical objectives; and b) to help make a business case for selecting learning technology as a part of agencies strategy for developing skills essential to agency missions.
