Acceptance as a participant into one of our programs is in no way an explicit guarantee that the course would be convened.

When advertised courses are under subscribed, we defer the decision to cancel courses in anticipation that we will be able to fill remaining vacancies. In most instances, we are able to do so. When the enrollment level is well below the "ideal" course enrollment, we normally solicit additional nominees in hopes of attaining a level sufficient to hold the course.

However, in some instances, courses may be cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollment.
