Activities
We will complete the integration of all human capital systems, and certain other business systems, in the Human Capital Information Environment; and we will implement a governance structure requiring review and approval before deployment of any new human capital systems.
Continue work with the Culture Study project by collecting and analyzing information, presenting results and recommendations to the Administrator, and support implementation of approved recommendations.
We will deploy stakeholder requirements, including comprehensive reports with drill down capability for supervisors, program/project managers and all employees; and we will design and develop metrics in graphical views for the Agency HR Directors and leaders, and deploy through a robust dashboard tool.
Ensure all NASA employees have an accurate electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF).
Continue to integrate training with workforce planning by integrating competencies with technical courses in SATERN.
