Health Benefits (FEHB Open) Season premium changes take effect. Your health benefits premium will increase or decrease according to your health plan enrollment for 2008.	1/4/2009	1/23/2009	Most health benefits premiums increased for 2009. Your take home pay will vary according to your new premium.
Federal Employees Dental & Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) deductions begin. If you enrolled in FEDVIP during the 2007 open season, this is when your first deduction will take place.	1/4/2009	1/23/2009	Review FEDVIP benefits information.
