Telecommuting
The Telecommuting Program is an important option available to NASA employees to assist in balancing the demands of the workplace with personal responsibilities.  Employee participation is voluntary and subject to management approval. The intended effect of the program is to improve the quality of work life and job performance, improve morale and reduce stress by giving employees more options to balance work and family demands, and reduce national air pollution and traffic congestion.
