Health Insurance - It depends on when the part-time employment occurred:

• If you were employed on a part-time basis before April 8, 1979, and continued to serve on a part-time basis without a break in service, you are eligible to receive the full Government contribution toward the FEHB premium
• If you were employed on a part-time basis after April 8, 1979, you are eligible to receive a partial Government contribution toward the premium in proportion to the number of hours you are scheduled to work in a pay period. Your premium will be higher than that of a full time employee because you must pay whatever premium the Government does not pay as a result of your part-time schedule
