I am writing to you for two reasons:
- First, to let you know that beginning this Fall, JSC is taking a significant step forward in providing you enhanced, automated online human resources and payroll services through our 24 hour / 7 day online service: Employee Express
- Second, to remind you-- that if you have forgotten your Employee Express personal identification number (PIN)-- you will need to call and request a replacement.
Here's why…
Beginning on November 1, 2000, you will need to use the automated, paperless Employee Express system--either from your office or home-- to make the following changes in your personnel and payroll records:
- Change your health benefits coverage / plan during Open Season (NOV 8- DEC 13)
- Sign up for health benefits coverage during Open Season (NOV 8- DEC 13)
- Change you health benefits coverage from family to self only coverage
- Cancel your health benefits
- Change your Federal or state tax withholding (W-4)
- Arrange for Direct Deposit
- Set-up pay allotments
- Change your home address
- Enroll, change, or cancel your Thrift Savings Plan participation
- Set-up or cancel Savings Bond allotments
Also, in the near future you will use Employee Express to access your biweekly Leave & Earnings statements along with a number of other additional personnel and payroll services.
Forgotten your Employee Express PIN number?
If you have misplaced your Employee Express PIN, you will need to request a replacement by calling:
- the Employee Express help desk at ( 912) 757-3030;
- or from home at 1-800-571-3453;
- or if you're hearing impaired (912) 757-3117.
Normally, you will receive your PIN in 5-7 days.
