- Moving out of the country is a qualifying life event that allows you to change your coverage.
- Claims for overseas services should include an English translation.
- Charges should be converted to US dollars using the exchange rate applicable at the time the expense was incurred.
- If you chose Blue Cross, they have to mail you your prescriptions
