Access to your data is restricted by entry of your NASA UUPIC and NEBS password. Access to NEBS is further limited to those who have access to the NASA intranet. Transmission of your benefits statement via the NASA intranet is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data encryption. This is the same level of encryption provided for all on-line credit card transactions. No private data is stored on your PC. If you still feel uncomfortable with these precautions, contact a Benefits Counselor at your local Human Resources office to obtain a printed copy of your benefits statement. There are four ways to logoff from your benefits statement:

1. NEBS will time out after 20 minutes of inactivity in case you left your desk and forgot to logoff.
2. There is a logoff button on the first page of the statement document.
3. There is a logoff button on the last page of the statement document
4. Logoff button is on the logon page. You can hit your Back button to return to the logon page.
